No Management Fee & Wear and Tear Covered
We provide a unique proposition to our partner landlords by eliminating management fees. Instead, we work together to agree on a fair rent that benefits both parties. Our agreement also covers all wear and tear, ensuring a hassle-free renting experience for our landlords and exceptional short stays for our guests. In the event of significant repairs, such as a malfunctioning boiler, we collaborate closely with our landlord partners to resolve the issue smoothly. Most importantly, we return properties in rent-ready condition to our landlords.
