Terms and Conditions of the landlord referral program

1. Referral fee paid within 14 days of contract signed between Staycomfort Ltd and the referee.


2. A referral that does not lead to a successful tenancy does not qualify for a referral fee.


3. There are no limits to the number of referrals one individual can make.


4. Referral fee applies per property, and not per Landlord.


5. Referral fee will be paid by bank transfer only.


6. No contract is created between Staycomfort Ltd and referrer.


7. Staycomfort Ltd have no legal obligation to the referrer.


8. Staycomfort Ltd reserve the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.


9. The referrer must get explicit consent from the referee for sharing their contact information before the referral.


10. In case of any discrepancy in the meaning of wording between the English text and the Chinese text, the English text shall prevail.
